Macrodyne - CMMC & ITAR Secure Enclave

We led Macrodyne's CMMC compliance initiative end-to-end, completing a successful, externally verified CMMC Level 1 self-assessment and documenting Level 2 readiness in just 10 weeks. In the same window, we designed and implemented an ITAR-ready Azure manufacturing enclave with zero-trust identity, endpoint, and data controls aligned to NIST 800-171 and ITAR/CGP. This included standing up policies, controls, and audit-ready documentation (SSP, Access Control Plan) across Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Arc, and Sentinel.
